I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Kids Cancer Crew

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Kids Cancer Crew

On June 12, 2016, I was shaved for my eighth time at the event.  This act was done to support the children diagnosed with cancer each day and the number of children that die each day from cancer.
Personally my life has been touched by many children that have faced cancer.  As
a pediatric oncology nurse for close to 30
years I can celebrate children that have
completed their coarse of treatment but have attended many funerals of children that have lost their life to cancer.
Childhood cancer research is grossly underfunded by the government and organizations such as St Baldrick's help to fill that gap.  Every three minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer in the world and approximately 43-46 children each day in the United States.

Please consider helping out and donating to cure these children who have a full life before them.
