I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Rocking Bald For The Cause

The stories of 78 children can be found within the "honored kids" section of our event page. We dedicate our event to them and their families. These children are battling or have battled some form of childhood cancer and they are either from SC or have SC ties. We rejoice for the 55 that have survived and I dedicate my personal participation as a shavee to the 23 that left us much too soon. I pledge to never forget them nor why we do this.I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
