I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hello all,

A lot of you may not know but I had an aunt who died of colon and stomach cancer about 4 years ago. Although this affected our whole family, I definitely know it affected my cousins, her two daughters, the most.
My uncle, their dad, was in jail at that time and under the worst circumstances got deported so basically my two cousins were all on their own. The oldest one was only 14 and her sister was 12. Our family collaborated and took then in but on week rotations; meaning that my cousins were at a different house every weekend.
I would imagine it would very stressful to be moving from place to place even though we are all related. Luckily their grandmother took them in. They now live in Mexico.
I am shaving my head in honor of my aunt Cecilia Moran Mejia. She was an amazing aunt. I remember going over her house for Christmas and the house smelling of delicious posole (mexican dish). I want to raise money for cancer research. Ever dollar is worth it.
