I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm raising money for childhood cancer research! I want to be a St. Baldrick's hero for our family's hero, Brendan. He is 2 years old and currently receiving treatment for cancer at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. St. Baldrick's raises money to fund grants for cures for childhood cancer but also supportive treatment for side effects during treatment and prevention of lifelong complications that can result from treatments.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. You can also help by attending the 7th Annual Baltimore Heroes Event. There will be fun activities, inspiring children and their families and a lot shaved heads!
