I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Brooksie

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

The young man Roger and I are honoring, Nathaniel, is very close to our hearts. We don't know him. However, he was diagnosed with cancer the same month Roger was told he had pancreatic cancer. He has also been in our oldest daughters' kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms.

Hearing Rogers' diagnosis and fighting the cancer was incredibly difficult. We cannot imagine the challenges Nathaniel and his family have faced. It will be our honor to be shaved in his honor!
