Introduction
My name is Perry Heredia and I'm eleven years old. I go to Hong Kong International School and am in the 6th grade. I was born in Michigan but when I was eight moved to Hong Kong. I play the cello, piano, and ukelele. I've wanted to do St. Baldricks since 3rd grade and now here I am.
Why?
I've wanted to do St. Baldricks for a while because I felt like I owed it to the children with cancer and went through chemotherapy. Here I am with no sickness and not being grateful enough for everything that I have. Which is why now I want to do St. Baldricks, to give back a little. To get people to donate money to a cause that will save lives. I can now glimpse at the life so many children lead, having no hair.
What is my goal?
My goal is $2,500 US dollars. That's a lot of money! But I believe with the right tools (and marketing skills) we can make that happen.
How do I plan on reaching it?
I have multiple ways of reaching my goal. I have my St. Baldricks website in which you can donate (please do). My Instagram (perry.heredia) has this website and the St. Baldricks website on it. My gmail bio will have this website and my St. Baldricks website on it also. During and after school I'll be handing out cards so people can go to my websites and donate. Those are just a few ways that I'm hoping will raise enough money to reach my goal.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
