I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Over the last year I have gotten to know my girlfriend very well. One of the things I learned about her is she had a cousin who passed away at the age of 4 from childhood cancer. And the more I got to know her, the more I saw just how much this part of her life has affected her. It has really driven her to want to work with children in any way she can to help them to have a great childhood. It has also shown me just how much it saddens her to have to think about what happened and how terrible it was for it to happen. It got me thinking, why should any parent have to go through this? What would happen if I had to go through this? For those reasons, I have decided to participate in St. Baldrick’s Childhood Cancer Research foundation this year.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
