I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: NatandBen

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: NatandBen

I'm shaving my head on March 12th to raise money for childhood cancer research!  Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers, and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.

I did this once before but just happened upon an event, got my dome shaved, but didn't raise any money other than what I could afford to contribute myself. So Natalie suggested we do it together and try to get some donations this time.   Every little bit helps, but bigger bits help even more!

Working at the CA Cancer Registry for 23 years, I have to do data analysis to do my job, and I still can't help but think about everyone in our database (millions) and their families and friends. Hope I'm out of a job soon because we have more cures. No one should have to go through these ordeals or lose their lives to them, but especially our youngest ones who are just starting their lives and should just be out playing with their friends instead of enduring surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.

Thanks for any donations you can give, and if not, thanks for your moral support.   Much love, Ben
