I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Shave for Mary Anne

I'm shaving my head, for the 8th year in a row, to raise money for childhood cancer research! Now I need your help! Will you make a donation "on my head"? No donation is too small. My picture was taken last year at the 2014 Bolingbrook St Baldrick's event with my Grandma Sullivan (Mary Anne). She had just been diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer that week. It was hard for her to watch everyone getting their heads shaved and becoming bald as she knew being bald was just around the corner for her. She also knew, like all the kids suffering from Cancer, that going bald is actually the easiest part of the up hill fight. There is no cure for Pancreatic Cancer, but my Grandma is giving it the fight of her life. She has shown me what it really means to live everyday to the fullest and to appreciate what you have and to always do things for others. I am hoping by raising money at this event I can help children who are fighting this same battle. This is why the name of our team this year is "Shave for Mary Anne"!
