I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I get a lot of WHY am I shaving my head from a lot of people. I'm doing this because it's something I can do. I don't have all the money in the world to donate to these kids but I can raise awareness and raise the money for them. But still: why go to these extremes?  Its simple. I hate cancer. Nothing makes your heart stop for second like the mention of cancer. Everybody hates cancer!  And when it happens to a child who hasn't even gotten to start their life yet? It sucks! Especially since every one of these kids keeps their chins up and fights their hardest battle that they can every single day. They're sick and they feel like crap but somehow still manage to smile.

What can you do to help me? Give a donation. It doesn't have to be big. If every person I know makes a $5 donation it adds up in a big way! What's $5 to you. Giving up that margarita? Not stopping at Starbucks? Come on you can do that at least once this month can't you! I'm shaving my head so the least you can do is give up a drink!
