I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team 15

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team 15

For the second time, I will be shaving my head to raise money for pediatric cancer research. Since the first time I shaved, the amazing young man who inspired me has passed away, but his memory and spirit live on, like so many other amazing boys and girls.

Making this year even more special is that my 7-year-old son, Nolan, will be on stage shaving with me!! I am of course nervous and hesitant to shave my head, but I realize it is only hair. I have a choice that these amazingly strong kiddos were not given. I have watched several people I love battle cancer, but have not had to go through the unthinkable of one of my five children battling this disease. I am proud to be part of an organization working to make sure my children, and children everywhere, will some day have the life saving medicines to kick cancer in the butt!

Please consider donating to help me do my part to further pediatric cancer research! Thank you so much!
