Welcome to my participation page! My name is Charlotte Cunningham and this is my second year as a shavee for St. Baldrick's. I am doing something a bit different this year: every person who donates to my page will have their name written on the shirt that I wear to the event. While I have not been personally been affected by childhood cancer, I have had plenty of experience with the hardships of long-term illness. I have Intercranial Hypertension, a disorder that increases the spinal fluid pressure in my head. It took six years for me to be diagnosed and another year before I had the brain surgery necessary to regulate the pressure levels in my head. I now have a life. I am back in school in my last semester as an undergraduate and in the application process for several graduate programs.

That's why I'm a participant for St. Baldrick's.  I am calling for you to give so that children around the world have a fighting chance at growing up and living their lives.

Thank you.
