I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Donna's Good Things

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Donna's Good Things

My daughter Rachel and I shaved our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research! When we went to the St. Baldrick's event hosted by Donna's Good Things on March 29, 2014, we had no idea we would be shaving our heads, so we didn't have time to take donations. This is why we are doing it now, in memory of our precious baby cousin Mia we lost to a childhood cancer in 2010. We are hoping to raise $500 (or more) by May 1, 2014 (or so), and we are asking you please give what you can.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Thank you in advance!
