I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: In Honor of Greg Krause

I am shaving my head...AGAIN (!!)...for this very worthy cause. I don't have much hair this time, but I have 2 important causes to stand for this year. #1- I take care of some very brave kiddos on my surgical unit that are getting surgeries or biopsies for their cancer diagnoses, and they are so brave and resilient. Truly an inspiration. #2- A very close friend of mine lost her husband recently to a tragic accident, and St Baldricks was a charity he held close to his heart. I shaved with her last year and she is very dear to me. I am shaving for the kids that are my heroes and also in honor of Dr Greg Krause, who isn't here to donate/shave this time around. I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
