UPDATE - adding an Honored Child on behalf of family friends - Ali Aanensen Diangosed June 6th Leukemia Aml Passed on Novenber 3rd This was a very personal and emotional time for all of the family and their support group, including a broader community. All all touched in these moments and well beyond -- time is fleeting and life is precious. THANK YOU family and friends for your outpouring of support and donation, I feel blessed to represent us all in this fundraising. Peace On Saturday April 12th at Annie Bailey's Irish Pub, I'll be losing these wavey gray locks! I'll be joining others at this event and having my head shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research! All forms of cancer need research funding, but childhood cancer research is extrememly underfunded and doesn't share the level of attention others have gotten. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true and they need special attention. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Please make a donation! Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Give from the heart, give with compassion, give with love. Thanks!
