I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald Griffins

If you're reading this, then you probably want to know why I'm shaving my head. If raising money for beautiful and strong children who are fighting for their life before they've had a chance to live isn't a good enough reason for you, then I'll give you a little more. When I was younger, each night before I would go to bed, I would bargain with God, pleading with Him to let me die so that someone else who was dying from cancer could live. Either a mom with four children who needed her love and wisdom, or a child dying before she had a chance to live. I was extremely frustrated with the fact that good people were dying while evil prevailed. My illness made me struggle to see that my life was worth living at a very young age, but the fact that I am still here tells me that God has a greater plan for me and my life. I don't know if you can even begin to imagine my excitement when my friends mentioned this charity to me. Finally, I found a way to help these people my heart hurt so badly for as a young child, while giving my life a greater purpose! How amazing is that?! I hope that you consider donating whatever you can afford, even if it's just a couple dollars! Your donation will make a difference because YOU can make a difference! :) Regardless if you make a donation or not, I kindly ask that you share my page with your family, friends, coworkers, church members, teachers, service men and women, anyone you could possibly think of. If we could get a million people to look at this page and donate a dollar, think about the children we could impact! I realize I'm dreaming big, but this means so much to me, and I am asking you to help me give my life purpose and make a difference for these beautiful children who deserve a chance to live! Thank you for your time, support, and help! --------------------- I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
