I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: McHenry High School Alumni Shavees

Over the past five years, McHenry East and West staff, students, and community members have had over 1900 heads shaved and raised over $489,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. This year, we are continuing our tradition with the “McHenry Community Shave” because of the desire for others in our community to make a difference. Our fourth annual “McHenry Community Shave” will be held on Thursday night, March 13, 2014 from 5-9pm in the West Main Gym. All members of the community from children through adult are welcome to participate. East and West Campus students and staff will register for the “Community” event but will be shaved all day at both buildings on Friday, March 14, 2014. See the link below to register your participation and GO BALD this year! Lets see how much we can all raise together for children’s cancer research
