I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cirque Du Sobald

Hi! My name is Alli Salcedo & I will be shaving my head in solidarity of all that are fighting cancer. I have been growing my hair for about 6 years now and it is already past 2 feet. I have also been going to and donating to several St. Baldrick's shave events over the past years and seen the amazing and brave people who go bald in solidarity of cancer. (I've even seen my husband shave his eye brows for $500 that was collected in a hat last minute!) So, this year I decided, that its time to join in such a great cause. Especially with all this hair! Not only am I raising money for St. Baldrick's but I also have a very talented friend that will be using my hair to make a wig or two for some of those special little ones fighting cancer. This will all happen on Sunday, December 8th at The Joint at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. It's a charity show/ fashion show/ art auction all in one... Circus Couture. Visit here for more info and tickets. Let's see if we can reach my goal..... Ready, Set, Go! Did you know that 175,000 kids are diagnosed with cancer each year? And in the U.S., one in five will not survive. I want to change that, so I'm raising money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
