I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: nekkid heads 4 kidz

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. I've been talking about it for a year now. Today, in honor of my birthday, I've registered for St. Baldrick's!! It's not their motto (it's from my other favorite cancer fighting organization) but if just one more child can celebrate his or her birthday because of my help, that's all I ask. I've been lucky that in all of the people I've known who have had cancer, none of them have been a child. This year, my friend Jennifer invited me to join a page honoring her 7 year old cousin, Keegan, who is fighting Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and through that page, I've seen a small glimpse of what a fighter this little girl is. Jennifer, I hope your family doesn't mind if I do this partly in honor of Keegan. Nancy, I hope you also don't mind if I also do this in honor of Robin, and the fight that she WON against childhood cancer.
