I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Hunter Lake Dragons

In honor of my friend and classmate "The Cancer Warrior Princess" Emily Zimmerman, who is eight years old. On October 17th, 2013, 7 year old Emily Zimmerman was found to have a large brain tumor after an MRI was conducted earlier in the day. She is a very brave girl and proudly shaved her hair off after going through radiation treatments in the end of November. Being a eight year old boy in her 2nd grade class and a former St. Baldricks Shavee I wanted to make sure that Emily was not alone and I encourage all Hunter Lake Dragons to join and participate in this.

Below is quote from her dad

“Her biggest fear was that she is afraid people will call her a boy. But we told her she is 100% girl and nobody can take that away from her”

Let make sure she feels welcome to come back to school!
