I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Lemont Fire's Team Rockstar

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Lemont Fire's Team Rockstar

Once again, I'd like to start by saying Thank You to everybody that is donating to this wonderful cause. This is my 5th year I am shaving what little hair I have left, and with your generous donations I have raised $9,040 in the memory of my daughter Macy Bella Ganz. August 6, 2010 Macy lost her battle to cancer at the age of 3 1/2. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about Macy and what a inspiration she was to so many. This year I am also honoring some of Macy's friends who are either still fighting this horrible disease or battling the side affects of the treatment. No child should have to go through what Macy and every other child with cancer goes through. With your donation you can help find a cure for this horrible disease and let kids be kids or ROCKSTARS. I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
