I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

As I approach my 6th year of head shaving, it seems like the first time I told Margaret about this great idea. To shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! She looked at me like I was crazy. But who is crazy now! We need to do this and we need to do that and don’t forget the candy sales and popcorn sales. She can sell popcorn at work, Sue will help with a fundraiser, and Dan will drive the bus! I didn’t know I had a manager! The simple fact is that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So it is simple, I've decided to do something about it by raising money for researching cures. Together we have raised $13,396 in 5 years, so I need your help again! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. In 2013 there were 377,206 participants at 7265 events that raised $23,290,110. I think we can exceed that amount with your help. Who wants to shave with me!!!!!!!
