I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

A lot of people in my family have been affected by cancer. As a medical student, I felt the need to make a difference so that patients are getting the best care possible. I want to specifically fundraise for children because of how heart breaking it can be to see them undergo treatment, sometimes living in the hospital for weeks or months on end, at a time when kids should be enjoying their childhood, playing with friends, living carefree and smiling. These children with cancer are so brave, so resilient and able to bounce back from their disease, but they can't do it alone. They need our help, which is why I'm hoping you will make a donation.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
