I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Gonzalez

Hello Friends, Many of you know that my daughter, Jacey was diagnosed with Leukemia years ago. She fought a very tough battle, 3 years of Chemo, 3 different hair losses, but came out on top. She won the battle, but still has various health issues derived from her cancer and blood disorder. For years we have been working to fight cancer, focusing specifically on Childhood Cancer. This year we decided to focus on a charity close to our heart, St Baldricks. This charity does many things including: helping improve patient quality of life, funding research,....and so much more. A BIG event will be held on March 1st in which the persons doing the fundraising, who reach their goal(s) go to McMullin's on Tropicana for a big event...and to get their HEADS SHAVED to show unity with those suffering from cancer. Yep, you heard that right. On March 1st, I will be getting my head shaved in unity with those who are suffering from cancer. Not just me, but also my beautiful daughter Jacey and spouse Joe and even Jacey's longtime boyfriend Zac.. Jacey's goal is $750 and she already has a head start. My goal is $500 (I hope I beat the pants out of Jacey....even though she is MUCH cuter bald than I am). Please consider contributing to my fundraising efforts. 100% goes straight to the cause. Every dollar helps. I figure all I need is 100 friends willing to donate $5 to cancer......will you be one of them? Thanks for your consideration! Kelly I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! My daughter fought against childhood cancer, and won. Now it's my turn to help fight to end childhood cancer. Please contribute to my page :)
