I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: PATROL DAYS B

Please read and pass this on to everyone you know. We realize that money is tight but even a few dollars will help. It is all tax deductible. Children battling blood cancers need our help, folks. We are losing far too many beautiful children to this disease. Government funding to the National Institute of Health is at an all time low. Grants for funding lifesaving clinical research is barely being funded.
In 2006, I lost my 8 month old little girl, Isabella, to Leukemia after a long 3 month courageous battle. I know a few co-worker's who had experienced a similar event in their lives. In 2007, The Douglas County Sheriff's Office, my employer, agreed to host our first event. Six event's later and over a quarter million dollars raised, we are doing it again to honor those who have battled, are battling and lost the battle to childhood cancer. This is a fight that we need as many warriors as possible. Personally, I have shaved 7 times in honor of those who have lost their hair during cancer treatment. Donations will be used to fund healthier lifesaving research for these kiddo's. Government funding for research is at an all time low yet there are children being diagnosed daily with various types of cancer. This is what we as a community need for you to do!<

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
