I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm shaving heads so people can stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. I'll be raising money in memory of my little sister Alissa who was diagnosed with ALL at 11 years old and unfortunately lost her battle with cancer at 16. If you knew Alissa, then you know she was a fighter and faced every surgery, spinal, chemo or radiation treatment with a smile on her beautiful face. Although at times Alissa was weak, tired or sick from all the treatment, she never stopped fighting. She was active in raising money for cancer research and participated in Relay for Life year after year. Although Alissa is no longer with us, I'd like to continue her fight for a cure and help fund research for children just like her..

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
