I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Sunflower power

Hello! My name is Lily DeFrank and I'm a theatre major at the University of New Mexico! I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.

I believe in the power of supporting those in need whether it's financial or another way such as shaving my head. As an aspiring costume designer and makeup artist, I truly believe that all beauty starts within. I hope that by shaving my head I can show these kids that they are strong and beautiful.
I would appreciate any and all support. Please come out on May 4th while I shave my head along with my beautiful big sister, Vital Mazor. We're both ecstatic to be participating in this life changing event. Help me help a child!
