I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Two years ago I received a call at work from my partner Scott. He had just got off the phone with a doctor who told him they found some concerning images on an x-ray. Nine months later we lost Scotty to pancreatic cancer. He was only 45. As devastating as that call was I am grateful. I can’t help but think of the calls being received everyday by those who love someone far younger than Scott, and the young lives that do battle. This year I signed up to raise money for St. Baldrick's Foundation. St. Baldrick's is a childhood cancer charity funding the most promising research to help find cures for kids with cancer. On March 14, I am having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. My goal is $500. Please support me by visiting my donation webpage. Any donation helps!
