I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

It's that time of year again...time to shave my head to help raise awareness for childhood cancers. On March 9th, for the 5th year in a row, I will participate in the St. Baldrick's event in an effort to raise money to help find a cure for childhood cancers. Once again I do it to honor my friend James Dreifuss, who died at the age of 7 of a brain tumor, a little boy my mom told me about, Jack Perlungher, who died at the age of 5 from a Wilm's tumor, and my old friend Kent who died of esophageal cancer (and we all know he was a kid at heart!). It makes me sad to think of them suffering and ultimately losing their fight to cancer. Won't you please help me in my efforts to raise money to stomp out childhood cancers? Your gift will give hope to all children battling cancer. Click "make a donation" to give on line, or donate by phone or mail. Thank you so much, and remember....BALD IS BEAUTIFUL!!
