I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: CAROLYN' S TEAM FOR THE CHALLENGE

Dear friends, family, co-workers, and anyone who receives this message. Great advances have been made in recent years towards the fight against cancer. Unfortunately, there is still a long way to go. To help with this cause, I am donating my beautiful, silver hair, right down to the skin of my pinhead. I do this in loving memory of Matthew Murphy, Nancy Chase (my church wife), Bob Daggett, and my dear old dad, John Salvatore Assenza. All were taken with cancer far too soon. I'm sure each of you have experienced a loved one battling cancer. Feel free to come down and join us at Kitty Hoynes for the big buzzzzzzzz.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
