I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Bunny

Back for another year under the razor to raise money for St. Baldricks! I know times are tough for many, between a still-slow economy, homes facing massive repair due to the devastation of storms, and other factors, but for many children who are afflicted with cancer all times are tough. With everyone's help and donations, maybe researchers can find a cure for these children and future generations. To sweeten the deal for everyone, for this year I've put together a list of gifts for people who choose to make a donation to support my efforts this year. Not only do you get the satisfaction of helping children (not to mention the fact that the donation is tax deductible!), but I'll kick in the following perks depending on your donation! - For every donation of at least $5, you will receive one vote as to how I restyle my beard post-haircut (a fun, annual tradition). - For every donation of at least $10, you will receive a personalized thank you note via email. I am a skilled auteur, with a gift of pun and rhyme, so this is sure to be a hit! - For every donation of at least $25, the donor's name (or names) will be written on a T-shirt in a prominent location; this T-shirt will be worn by me during every race I run between now and the 2014 St. Baldricks event. Pictures will be provided from each race of me in the shirt; I am already signed up for two races (one of which is in Walt Disney World, so lots of eyes), and will be signing up for a series of 8 races over the summer. If you are a representative of a company, this is prime advertising; for an individual, it's great name recognition! - For every donation of at least $35, I will mail out a photograph comparing my "Before" and "After" pictures (photo size to be determined). - For every donation of at least $50, I will personally sign each before and after photograph. And... if I reach my fundraising goal of $500, I will produce a video incorporating as many internet memes/viral sensations as is appropriate and possible (without giving too much away, I can guarantee that a Harlem Shake would be present in such a compilation, and I hate myself for doing this, but if that's what it takes to encourage donations to a worthy cause, so be it). This video will be uploaded to YouTube, and I will include a credits sequence acknowledging each and every donor for your contribution (dollar amounts will be withheld, but all names will be listed). So there you go, let's make this a year to remember! Share this page on FaceBook, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, Pinterest (if you even can, I don't know how Pinterest works), MySpace (if you're a teenager in the year 2002), smoke signals, fliers, wherever. Thanks for all you do! #KickCancersAss
