You've all been inspired by SuperGirl Jadyn, who very bravely underwent her 4th craniotomy in 4 years. Now, she must face radiation, which will cause hair loss. True to her inspiring and incredible nature, when Jadyn heard the news she replied, "Before it starts falling off, can we donate it?"
And she is doing JUST that. This Friday, February 8th, Jadyn will be Childhood Cancer Canada's most SPECIAL shavee, by shaving her head at the University of Toronto St. Baldrick’s event at El Mocambo. If you are in Toronto, PLEASE stop by to cheer Jadyn on & make a donation if you are able to.
Why am I having my head shaved? To stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, who typically lose their hair during treatment. More importantly, I'm doing it to raise funds for childhood cancer research! Worldwide, more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. The St. Baldrick's Foundation partners with organizations around the world to fund childhood cancer research. We must all do everything we can to give kids a better chance for a cure. To support me on behalf of these very special kids, please click "Make a Donation" above, or donate by mail or phone. Thank you for your support!
