I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Bald Bombshells
I am excited to be shaving my head this June in solidarity with St. Balkdricks youth. My inspiration for joining the event came from school where I met a women who told me her story about her first time being a shavee for her son who was lost because of cancer. St. Baldricks was a huge support for her and her family. I have donated my hair to Locks of Love numerous time and feel I have unknowingly been gearing up to shave my head for years now. I am thrilled to be joining the Bald Bombshells! Many of us on the team are involved in local theater and other professions which will allow us to connect with people to spread the word that "bald is beautiful!", as well as how to become involved in future events.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
