I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Paigé's Possé

Yes you read that correctly I am shaving my head for life-saving childhood cancer research. Many in my family think I am nuts and that I shouldn't do it, but in my heart I know I need to. I would like to introduce you to someone very special... Paigé Wilsek. She is the little girl that our team honors for St. Baldrick's every year. For obvious reasons we call our team Paigé's Possé. Paigé was born on April 4, 1988 & was only 6 years old when she was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). She fought hard, and with a wonderful spirit, however in February of 1997 Paigé relapsed, and sadly, only 6 months later on August 7, 1997 she succumbed to the disease. Paigé was only 9 years old when she passed away. Paigé's Possé is in their 4th year of participation for St. Baldrick's, & our team includes Paigé's mother Cathy & her father Rich. I went to High School with Cathy and Cathy and Rich are good friends of ours. We look forward to the day where will no longer have to shave our heads because there will be a cure, but until then we will continue to raise money for this cause, and go bald every year. Please make a donation on my head and lets find a cure for this awful disease so no other families have to go through losing a child.>
