I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Danaj Team!

Yep - I am shaving my head again for charity, but this is so much more than just a charity. The St. Baldricks Foundation is an incredible program promising childhood cancer research to find new cures. I raised over four thousand dollars last year for the St. Baldricks Foundation! A very tough dollar amount to beat in these tough economic conditions, but with your help, I am going to give it my best shot! As many of you know, I have been coaching soccer for many years, last year a little boy named Noah on my team was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma cancer. Noah is also in my youngest son Ryan's second grade class. Last year, the tumor was removed; he went through countless rounds of chemo and was doing great. Unfortunately, the cancer has come back and he is currently going through the painful procedure all over again. We have known Noah's family for many years and they are a strong family and an incredible inspiration for all of us. Noah has quickly become part of our family's life, our constant thoughts and our prayers. He will win this fight...I have no doubt about that! But the sad truth is that Noah is only one of many children that the St. Baldricks Foundation helps. A child is diagnosed about every 3 minutes with cancer, and each one is a precious life we can help save. And while our cause could not be more serious, we have fun raising funds! :) I am asking you to please donate something - every dollar helps. Even five or ten bucks can and will make a difference! Thank you for your support! God Bless you. Kevin Danaj
