I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 46/7

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 46/7

Do you know what 46/7 means? 46 children in the United States gets diagnosed with cancer, and 7 children in the United States die from cancer, every day.Now you know. Do you know what a gold ribbon represents? A gold ribbon represents childhood cancer. Now you know. Did you know that all TWELVE major groups of childhood cancer get 3% of the funding raised for cancer research? Now you know. Did you know that childhood cancer is the leading cause in death of children under 15? Now you know.

This is for Ellie Potvin. This is for Taylor Warren. This is for Ila Jean. This is for Avalanna Routh. This is for Ava Nichols. This is for Lane, Lizzie, Ethan, Kyle, Alex, Tyler, Kate, Layla Grace...this is for all of these amazing warriors. This is for each and every child fighting for their lives, and for the children already in Heaven.

Times are hard, but every dollar counts for these children. Every dollar is another step closer to finding the cure that will prevent children from dying of this horrid monster. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
