I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Jacob's Dream

My 13 year old son Jacob, who is obsessed with his hair has offered to be a "shavee" at the St. Baldrick's event on Sunday 3/11/12. He is doing this in honor of his cousin, Victoria Fortunato; his aunt, Eileen Cooper; his Mom's friend, Tracy Irland; and all of the others who have endured the pain, both physical and emotional of cancer. Thankfully, the ones closest to him have all survived but he wants to see an end to ALL cancers, especially childhood cancer. I am so proud of him for doing this! He is a really amazing young man.

My Roles:

  • Shavee
  • Team Captain

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
