I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I am bald! I answered the call to be a St. Baldrick's "shavee!" I shaved my head to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Some of you know that I used to be a regular volunteer at Camp Sunshine, a camp for terminally ill children and their families. I haven't volunteered in a long time due to lack of time and distance. So I thought this was a wonderful idea to try to do something else to help. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. P.S. Donors get extra pics e-mailed to them and I'll give every donor a vote to decide if the beard's gotta go! Vote is currently 1 ahead in favor of keeping the beard.
