I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Once again, I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Over the last 2 years, Emily and I raised more than $6,000 by shaving my head, and we hope to add to that total this year. In addition to the head shaving totals, Emily was able to inspire her preschool to put on a "trike-a-thon" event in August which raised more than $2,000. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. We are now coming on 3 years since Emily was diagnosed with Wilm's tumor, and thanks to the skills of her doctors she has now been cancer free for nearly two years. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
