I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Papa Chuck, Aunt Allison, & a Cure

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. I also am shaving my head because I want to stand up for something I believe in; fighting cancer. Although children's cancer has not effected me, adult cancer has. My Grandpa (Papa Chuck), who means the world to me, suffered from Lymphoma cancer. My Aunt Allison was also cursed with breast cancer. Luckily, they both are cancer survivors. I don't even want to think of a world where they didn't make it through to the other side. Their strength and courage is another reason why I am shaving my head. When I go up on stage at Bourbon Street to get my head shaved, I will be thinking those two very special people.
