I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Head Shaving -- some do it as a style, but my head shave will be for support of children with cancer. St. Baldrick's Foundation (SBF) is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Each year SBF hosts head shaving events to raise support for and awareness of children fighting cancer. Volunteers agree to have their heads shaved to raise donations for SBF. I’m doing both this year, shaving my head and donating. All I ask of you is to donate. Your donation will give research support to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So please donate to help me meet my 1st year goal of raising a mere $300 (and of course more is better).

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
