I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Please view my photos of a gorgeous child, Sammie H. She is smiling down on us. She is the daughter of a friend from high school and I cannot and will not imagine her loss. Have you ever seen the movie Patch Adams? Those amazing kids fighting cancer, like Sammie always smiling. Well I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Most of you know I keep my hair pretty short. Well the picture was taken on Feb. 23rd, 10 weeks of growing it out and have another week to go. Please support me and more so these amazing children, with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. In Memory of Sammie H. please help this organization to fight childhood cancer. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. As I have easily reached my goal with the support of my wonderful friends. I am updating it to see if I can raise more. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. Amazing.
