I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Chrome Dome Crew

In memory of my son Steven who passed away on October 19, 2010 after a long battle with a rare form of bone cancer (Ewings Sarcoma). I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with all kids fighting cancer. Steven lived life to the fullest and enjoyed each day that he had with his family and friends. He held a special place in his heart for his niece, Kailey. His laugh was contagious along with a smile that would brighten any room. Steven enjoyed being outdoors, especially at the coast or in the Georgia mountains. He also enjoyed motorcycles, in particular, Harley Davidsons. Steven was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma at the age of 10. After major surgery and a year of chemotherapy, he enjoyed life in remission for nine years. In August of 2009, the cancer returned and he fought a long, hard battle --never giving up. No matter what he was going through, he always found a way to make others around him comfortable and happy. He was a true inspiration to so many people. He was able to be in his sister's wedding in August 2010 and to celebrate his 23rd birthday on October 10, 2010. Steven left us peacefully, into the arms of God, on October 19, 2010. "Just remember each day is a gift given to you. Live like it's your last, and keep those you love close to you." ~Steven Campbell~
