I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The New Adjustments

I am participating in St. Baldricks this year to help support the fight to cure childhood cancer. Although my daughter does not have cancer (thank GOD!) she does have a rare blood disorder that requires her to have blood transfusions. We go to the HEM-ONC clinic for monthly check ups at the UNC Children's Cancer Hospital. Every month we go, I realize how important it is to raise money for research and to help find a cure. People have said that I am brave for shaving my head but I disagree. This is nothing compared to what the children fighting cancer have to do daily. So please help me raise my goal by donations; either by phone, mail or online. This is my first year participating and I hope to raise my goal. Thank you for looking!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
