Hey folks, I'm getting my head shaved to help find a cure for childhood cancer research at the end of March! Recently I have felt called to participate with St. Baldricks due to my own experiences with a loved one battling cancer.
I feel like I can relate to these kids suffering from cancer and the fears that they and their families may have. I understand what it is like to have a loved one diagnosed with cancer and watch them in their struggle to fight the disease. I also understand the pain that comes to losing a loved one to cancer and watching them lose that battle.
Now I feel like it is time to take a stand, do my part and fight back! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers as well as their families. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids.
