I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Samson

I am having my hair and beard shaved to show solidarity and to honor children fighting cancer. I am also honoring three of my good friends who are fighting cancer (Maureen Mayberry, Marilyn Rosenberger, and Tony Brooks) at this time. It has also been five years since I dealt with cancer myself and my doctor has seen no re-occurrence of the disease. So I thought that it might be the right time to honor the cause and the people by joining St. Baldrick's to raise money for research on this terrible disease. I am asking you to please consider supporting me and cancer research with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any other non governmental organization. A gift by you will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting cancer. So, when I ask for your support, I am really asking you to support these children. I thank you for your consideration in advance. Thank you. Please consider clicking, "Make a Donation" to give online, or choose to donate by phone (888-899-BALD(2253)), or give a check to me, or do it by snail mail by clicking on "Download Donation Form". Thanks again for your taking the time to think about helping. Do you think I will recognize myself in the after photo?

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
