I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: K.U.A.M.

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: K.U.A.M.

If living in Corpus Christi in the 1980s had one effect on me, it was to instill a burning desire to model my life on the legend of Billie Jean. I'm the forgoing whole fugitive thing, though, and jumping straight to the head-shaving.
Yep. Head-shaving. And not for nothing. My belated teenage rebellion is carried out in support of St Baldrick's Foundation and in solidarity with children fighting cancer.
St Baldrick's is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization save the US government. I hope that you will support this great organization, and my reckless decoiffification, by making a donation.
I have, with great immodesty, valued my hair at $1,000. Please help me reach this fundraising goal with a donation. Your gift will give hope to children fighting cancer. And, more importantly, will force me not to back out of this scheme .
