I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: ACS Rockstars

I've answered the call to have my head shaved again in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

I'm a father of an adult survivor.
My son, Mikhail, was born with a cranial naevus flammeus tumor. At five years of age he had surgery at Children's Orthopaedic Hospital in Seattle, WA under the care of an interdisciplinary team.
He continues to bear the scars of his surgery, the remaining marks from the tumor, and painful migrain headaches. Participants who attend this year's event will get to see those scars after my son has his shaved in solidarity with young patients. I am very proud of my son for standing up with pride to serve as an example of an adult survivor this year.
Mike lives a productive life and I'm thankful to the folks who have helped him
These same programs are funded by St Baldrick's today.
Please - support me, my son, our team, and all those St Baldys kids with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.

This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
