I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: S.M.I.L.E. (Students making Impacts through Love & Empathy)

Hi there! My name is Christina Pai, and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin. I have recently decided to shave my head to make a statement that I stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, and also to raise money in order to find cures. It took me years to grow out my long hair, and I know at times I use my hair to keep myself secure. However, hair is something that will always grow back for me, and I am willing to shave it all off and take in the stares of my peers if it means that I will be able to raise money for children who are fighting tough battles!

It would mean so much to me, as well as to many others, if you could give a donation of any amount to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization, apart from the U.S. government. Any donation that you make will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults who are struggling with childhood cancers.

If you make a donation, or are even considering to do so, I honestly thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for thinking about these individuals!
