I am proud to once again be a part of this wonderful fundraising event for The St Baldricks Foundation. Last year was not only productive, having raised $8000 in a very short amount of time, but also fun for everyone that was involved. There were some very touching moments too that I am sure we will experience again this year. No one should have to suffer the pains and sickness that accompany this horrible disease...especially children. This year we are shaving our heads in solidarity for 2 1/2 year old Carsyn Volpe who is fighting courageously to win his battle against Neuroblastoma. With our contributions we can help this awesome foundation continue to provide much needed grants to research a cure for childhood cancer. Thank you for visiting my page and thank you for your contribution to a very worthy cause. Go home tonight and hug your children and appreciate them today and always. Everytime you think of this event, please say a special prayer for Carsyn who is in his 6th month of intensive chemotherapy.
I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
